Former Aquinas student, Amy Sharkey, 2001 – 2008, has been selected as a member of the Oxford University Women’s Lightweight Rowing Club team to race against Cambridge University at the Henley Boat Race on Sunday 24 March.  

Amy, who is now studying medicine at St Hugh’s College,  has been training long hours for this event which, along with success in other local races, will lead to qualification for the European Universities Championships, Gent, the Henley Women’s Regatta and the National Championships.
