The Year 11 students enjoyed an informative and enjoyable trip to the ‘Chemistry at Work’ Exhibition hosted by the RSc in Queen’s University Belfast. The exhibition offers school students the opportunity to appreciate the place of chemistry in everyday life and the world of work, with particular emphasis on what is happening in their local area. It was particularly interesting to see that the Almac presentation was being given by a past pupil who had completed her doctorate in Chemistry at Stanford in America. The pupils had a Great time and learned a lot.
