‘Using Psychology to enhance Exam Performance’

We all know that the exam period can be a stressful time for students.

This workshop will provide you with evidence-based tips and information to help you maximise your revision strategies and perform better in exams.

Facilitators:

Dr Marie Hill, Educational Psychologist and Chair of the NI Branch of the BPs Division of Education and Child Psychology who will discuss our Top Ten Tips for dealing with exam stress.

Dr Liam O’Hare, Queen’s University Belfast who will conduct an interactive session on how to better use your revision time.

Mr Callum Urquhart, an Educational Psychologist and Final Year Trainee Clinical Psychologist who will discuss approaches for wellbeing and managing anxiety around exam time.
