Outstanding GCSE Performance
Aquinas Diocesan Grammar School is celebrating the excellence of our student’s GCSE performance after results were issued on Thursday morning.
Parents and students created a celebratory mood as they collected Grades and confirmed choices for AS study. The outstanding outcome of 98.2% achieving 7 or more GCSE grades including English and Mathematics provides our students with wide opportunities for future careers.
The school Principal, Mr Kelly expressed his great pride in the students and their achievements. He thanked students, parents and staff them for their hard work and encouraged everyone to maintain the supportive family traditions of Aquinas to ensure further success at AS and A2 Levels.
He further congratulated the students who completed GCSE Astronomy in one year, highlighting the contribution of our Physics teachers in providing additional and interesting opportunities to our students beyond the normal curriculum on offer.
