Ulster Athletic Championships took place at the Antrim Forum on Saturday 21st May.  Malachy Moreland represented Aquinas in the Junior Boys High Jump. A personal best was achieved by Malachy, clearing 1.57m. Unfortunately this did not get him in to medal position. Well done on achieving a new PB Malachy!

Ulster PG PB 800

Peter Gracey competed in both the 1500m and 800m at the Ulster Championships. This season has already been a memorable one for Peter – qualifying for the All Irelands in Cross Country, representing Ulster in the Celtic Games in Edinburgh and being selected for the N.Ireland Mountain Running Team. On Saturday Peter added to these accolades with a new PB in the 800m – 2.03min! He achieved a Silver Medal with this time and now goes on to the All Irelands on 4th June at Tullamore. He will also be representing Ulster in the Provincials in Santry. Many congratulations to Peter and good luck for the upcoming All Ireland and Provincial Races!
