Sean Small Cooks up some winning dishes
Séan Small, a Year 12 GCSE Home Economics student, recently competed in the Forestside Young Chef of the Year competition. He worked alongside Forestside’s resident chef Stephen Jeffers to produce an appetising dish using local produce. He chose to make lamb noisettes with garlic and rosemary mash and puréed carrots. He demonstrated exceptionally high skills levels and was commended for his work particularly with preparing the lamb. Séan thoroughly enjoyed this experience and all in the Home Economics Department would like to thank @forestsideni for allowing Aquinas to participate in this competition.
