All Star

Congratulations to Ella Durkan, who has been named on the 2015 GAA Store Ulster Schools All Star Gaelic Football Team. She was given the number 15 shirt.

She was nominated by the school and attended two trials at the Cookstown Mid Ulster Sports Arena. She was picked from 110 other girls.

The Under 20 Gaelic Football team didn’t make much progress this year, but Ella attended training faithfully and ably led the team as Captain. There’s a great bond between the girls (who were Ulster Champions in 2013) and the whole team are delighted that Ella has been afforded this honour.

The school, and no doubt the Aquinas community as a whole, are very proud of Ella’s achievement. Well done.
