The Head Prefect hand over was played out in front of a packed Sports Hall yesterday. The outgoing Head Boy handed the badge over to the incoming Head Boy, Jack McAlinden and similarly, Niamh Kelly handed her Badge of Office to the new Head Girl, Ella Durkan.

The deputies Ryan Flynn and Kealan Power handed their badges over to the new deputies, Dayo Nylander, Emma Norris, Dara Burns, Daire Magorrian, Conor Taggart and Ben McMeekan (in absentia).

It was an important occasion because it sets good example to members of the junior school and shows how highly these student positions are regarded by the school in general.
