There’s No Business Like Show Business!

Congratulations to all the Junior Drama Clubbers and a big Thank you to Ryan Foy (U6) and to Lauren McDonald (U6) who have been working incredibly hard since September, preparing Junior Drama Club for Open Morning Performances and Workshops and for The Belfast Festival at The Lyric. Thanks also to Bradley Mallon, Katherine Davies and Clare Doran for helping out.
Drama Club is not about winning prizes: it is about developing high-level Drama skills such as Improvisational skills and comedic timing and about developing personal skills such as group work, quick-thinking and confidence. However, it is still nice to win and The Drama Club came away with seventeen prizes.
Many audience members and participants commented on the lovely manners which the pupils displayed and on the disciplined, professional way in which the pupils behaved: we are very proud of you!
