Ski Trip 2015
Had you been at the George Best Airport at 1.00pm on Saturday 3 January 2015, you would have felt the sense of excitment as ninety Aquinas pupils and their ten teachers checked in their bags for the flight bound for the Tyrolean Alps in Austria! It was the annual Aquinas Ski Trip, heading this year to the resort of Ehrwald.
Our journey was hassle free and on arrival at our hotel, we were welcomed by the friendly hotel managers and given a hearty meal of Spaghetti Bolognese. This gave us a sense of the hospitality we would receive for the rest of the week and the attention to detail offered by our ski instructors. The six days doorstep skiing was fantastic and was made all the more memorable by the excellent snow; activity packed apres ski and sense of camaraderie shared by the group.
The 2016 trip will be to the same resort, leaving on Saturday 2 January and is open to pupils currently in Years 8 to 12. To find out more, download the letter at the following link: Launch2016
