It was with some excitement, perhaps tinged with a little nervousness, that set the mood as our new Year 8’s crossed the Aquinas threshold, about to embark on the next stage of their education. Everyone soon settled when Mr Kelly, Fr Grant and Year Head Mr Brophy welcomed the new pupils to Aquinas.

Soon after, the tutors Ms McHugh, Mr Hamilton, Ms McCaul and Ms McAulty brought their pupils to their Form Class rooms where they were inducted into life in Aquinas.

The ice was well and truly broken when everyone enjoyed lunch together and chatted about the morning’s events and the adventure that lies ahead.

As a school community, we look forward to developing the potential that our new pupils bring.
