Aquinas Grammar girls were selected to perform at the inauguration of the Confucius Institute at the Universityof Ulsteron Friday 13th April. They were trained by Ms Ren Na (Celina to all our Aquinas dancers) who is a professional dancer with theBeijingDanceAcademy inChina. They performed for the State Councillor, Mrs Liu Yandong , the First and the Deputy First Prime Minister and other dignitaries as part of the ceremony on Friday and were also invited to perform at Stormont as part of the on-going celebrations of Chinese Culture Week.
