  1. You need to know the meanings of reliable and useful. A reliable source is one that you can trust or believe. Biased sources are not reliable.


A useful source is helpful. Most sources are useful in some way, including biased sources (as long as you are aware that they are biased). When deciding how useful a source is you should note what you’re being asked to use it for. There are usually limits to the usefulness of a source.
