The Semana Santa competition is an annual event in the Spanish calendar in Aquinas.  This year Year 8 had the theme of Puerto Rico and Year 9 took an aspect of West Side Story.  In groups of 4, the teams did their research and on 21st June the finalists delivered their presentations before our guest judge, Sra. Marta González, Head of Modern Languages, International House Belfast.  The pupils excelled in terms of the creativity and the level of Spanish they were using in their presentations.
