After the first quarter of the final the teams were tied at 6-6. However, in the fina,l the power and strength in depth of St Malachy’s’ A’ team proved far too much as the Antrim Road school ran out deserved 24-10 winner,s consigning Aquinas to their sixth final defeat in eight years at the tournament.
