 Revision List for June Exams

 

Speaking Revision:

 You should work your way through the Fáinne Airgid questions.  You will have to answer ten questions from the list including two extended questions.

Listening Revision:

You should be able to recognise and understand spoken words from the topic areas covered in Keystage 3 and which are outlined in the list of questions for the ‘Fáinne Airgid’. The exam will be a foundation level GCSE paper.

Reading Revision:

You should be able to recognise and understand written material from the following topic areas:

  1. The weather.
  2. Adjectives for personal and physical traits.
  3. Information about ‘The House’.
  4. Basic types of food and drink.
  5. Personal descriptions (age, family, pets, lkes, dislikes, etc.)
  6. Countries
  7. Types of transport
  8. Accommodation
  9. Family members

 

Writing Revision:

You should be able to understand and write about the following topic areas:

      1.    Personal description

  1.  Description of others (Third person)
  2. Family members
  3. Jobs
  4. Holidays  ( Countries, accomodation,transport)
  5. Use your word lists to help you revise basic Keystage 3 vocabulary, for example, colours.
